About Us
We Believe Everyone Deserves Work That Feels Like Theirs.
The Fulfillment Gap—FGAP—was born out of a simple but powerful question:
Why do so many people feel stuck in jobs that don’t reflect who they are?
FGAP is not a job board. It’s not a staffing agency.
It’s a career fulfillment platform designed to help people reconnect with their purpose, build future-ready skills, and grow into the work—and life—they truly want.
Whether you’re restarting after a layoff, looking to level up, or searching for meaning in your next chapter, FGAP helps you identify where your biggest fulfillment gap is—and gives you a clear, personalized roadmap to close it.

F-GAP was created out of Dianne’s desire to shift the narrative around work. After witnessing firsthand how people—regardless of experience—struggled to find alignment between their work and their worth, she developed F-GAP to provide not just career tools, but a framework for fulfillment, upskilling, and belonging.
